New Balance came back about 7/8 years ago didn’t it, some ok trainers but it’s more for those edgy fellas who like “a traditional good trainer”.

A lot more fashionable than Umbro and Hummel.

Hummel gear is what you make a stag wear on a stag do so he looks a Ming but it’s not too obvious it’s a stag so he looks a proper Ming because people think he actually chose that rig out.

My mar got me a pair of Airwave Airwear or something like that 2 Christmases ago.

I banned her from buying me trabs anymore.

My daughter got me some Zx750s this year, so im gucci.

And no, I never wore them Aircrappers, took them the tip!

I stopped buying kits / training gear when I was 16.

But the last few years i’ve enjoyed buying my little nephew all our kits (He’s 6)

I guess I’m the future i’ll Just have to buy him the retro kits, as I’m not cruel enough to kit him out in Hummel gear

The sum we're getting of Hummel must outweigh the potential sales from having smart make.

It's a brand and image thing though that this club has seemed to lack for years, the fact that it's hard to buy a kit outside of Liverpool and the only people who will buy one is an Evertonian

One of the first things I remember Chelsea doing when abramovich bought them was scrap Umbro and go with Adidas

Yeah but the difference is they had Drogba, Lampard and Terry playing in their kit, we'll have Niasse, Schneiderlin and Keane.
