Silva.
He's within our orbit of influence (probably the most important thing we need to understand as fans...that we can talk all we want of Tuchels but they're not coming) and he's got PL experience and some good ideas about how to play.
Reaching 8th with him would be far more entertaining than doing it with Allardyce.
We're only going to be as good as our weakest link, a great DOF won' work with a poor manager, they both have to be goodIf we get a new DOF I'd be alright with Silva tbf
Obv much prefer Emery/Fonseca et al. but if we can't get them Silva is easy to get behind
If it is Silva then surely he's been watching us and would have a fair idea of the sort of players and positions to fill them .but forward planning and everton don't go hand in handIf we get a new DOF I'd be alright with Silva tbf

Sounds like hell, any talk about our future that mentions Silva will make for grim listeningPodcast discussing Everton's future with supposed itk info from 33.25 on. No idea how credible these journalists are but it's interesting.

- One thinks Sam is def gone
- The other claims Silva has been approached
- Silvs thinks the job is his if he wants it
- Silva has ruled himself out of other jobs accordingly
- No contract has yet been offered to Sillva
- It may not happen as there's no one clearly in charge at EFC
- The power is divided between Kenright and Moshiri and there's no shared vision on how to proceed
- Unless and until Moshiri exercises his buyout option or a clear power structure emerges the club may be allowed to drift along in mid table until the end of next season without the wholesale changes everyone wants
Silva's reputation has been badly damaged by Watford but up to last summer he'd have represented an exciting gamble on a young attack minded manager to most.Sounds like hell, any talk about our future that mentions Silva will make for grim listening

Oops. Meant Watford. What have Silva and Wolves got in common was my point.
Interesting that they say Daniel Levy has earmarked Marco Silva for if Pochettino goes...
