I think we need another new manager thread, the five active ones aren't enough for me.

The shortlist will change constantly no doubt, but of all the current flavours of the month (including gravy flavoured), which would be your pick?

There will be no cheese on toast and your vote is public, in case you were seriously thinking of choosing Allardyce, you bad bad blert.
Blanc?

Tuchel to PSG and Kovac to Bayern. The only other major job available will be Chelsea. Will they go after Fonseca/Silva/Emery?

We need a hero.......

I wanted Laurent Blanc when we got rid of Roberto Martinez; I felt we still had something there we could build on and move forward with. Now I feel we belong with the likes of Stoke, Watford, Newcastle, etc. So let's just keep hold of Big Sam for the duration, and stop kidding ourselves we are some sort of sleeping giant waiting to burst back onto the footballing scene... but only if we can get the right man at the helm. It's nonsense, the 80's are dead and gone (get over it), #knowyourplace.

Holy smoke kin bed time

Would love Emery but im convinced we have Fonesca all but agreed.

We wont go back in for Silva and im glad tbh he's too much Martinez for me in terms of his neglect of defending and all it'll do is make the fans yearn for a no nonsense replacement like Alladyce has made everyone want an all out attacking coach.

We need someone capable of finding that perfect blend- Emery would be fantastic but I would be excited to see what Fonesca could do with us.
