No he is nowhere near the required quality for a team aspiring to win the Champions League. He is a good player for a midtable Everton.
Honestly, he'd be a big boost to them.
With Rabiot not playing/leaving, and Verratti permo-crocked, he'd help.
They've evidently got one of the best front threes in world football but behind that, Di Maria aside when he can be arsed, they're not all that. Even if he played most Ligue 1 games and helped them in that regard, meaning they could rest Verratti etc. They were playing 78-year-old Lassana Diarra there earlier this year.
Tuchel's a funny manager. He has his system and he doesn't just go with the best around. He bought Weigl from the German second tier in his first season at Dortmund, because he knew he'd fit how he wanted to play. To a much more extreme example, Eric Choupo-Moting is currently their back-up striker.
If he can get in their squad, so can Gana.
I don't however think they'd pay 40m for him.

Let’s be honest, if PSG had a 100mil to spend on a defensive midfielder, Gana wouldn’t be on their list. It’s only because, if you believe the rumours, they have 20mil to spend.

I thought you were referring to an article which someone put on here the other day, about how PSG wanted Gueye as a Matuidi replacement (the article also said Matuidi had left in 2018, which was wrong).
