If Martinez went.....

You all know im pro-bobby till to the end but im interested to know what needs to happend in your opinion that Machiavellian Operator gets the chop? How many defeats he can last? So Lets hear it.
What does that top bit mean?

You're pro Bobby (Bobby ffs) until the end?

Does that mean no matter what you will support and back Martinez? Obviously that's easy if he achieves relative success, but are you saying he has your unconditional support?

he can lose the next 10 games as long as he changes the keeper and removes Kone from the side.

I can understand the beef with Howard, but Kone has played well with the exception of his performance against Norwich (I think?). People seem to be lying in wait for games that he doesn't provide a goal or direct assist to completely tear him apart. Much better option than anyone else we have, and it's only his age and people's baffling obsession with Mirallas that means he has become a scapegoat. Kone IN for me.

Hes had 2, MAYBE 3 good games, the other times hes been a liability, hes not good enough, hes never been good enough and in my humble opinion is stealing a living off us.

I honestly think we wouldn't sack him unless we were going down.

The price of sacking and then hiring mr new boss doesn't seem like a very Everton price to pay.

A bit unfair. I suppose the main argument for having him in the team is that he has the ability to give Lukaku space that no one else can, and I've seen plenty of evidence to support that. He was very good initially at winning headers during opposition corners too, although he has certainly gone to sleep recently in that respect. Mirallas is too selfish to get the best out of Rom, Cleverley isn't a natural in that position and McGeady can't be put there for obvious reasons. I would like to see Lennon used more, but I can see why Martinez might want someone a little less lightweight on that left wing.

On a negative note, I fear burnout if Martinez persists with his weird habit of making his mid-30's brigade play the most of anyone in the team, but for now Kone is there on merit.

I will take you off ignore, but any funny business and your right back on.

But yeah, I clearly hate Kone, im not even gonna deny it, I despise his smiling face and the fact that he wears number 9, I hated him before he signed and was almost sick the day we signed him, I went to Blackburn away in his first pre-season, my mind was open, I was willing to give him a chance, but he smashed the ball over the bar when clean through 1 on 1, there was never any coming back from that.

I gave him praise in the games he played well in, but for me hes gone back to the old Kone we used to know.

At least you admit that your dislike for him is more of a deep-rooted vendetta. I look at it this way:

What has been our problem this season? Defending and goalkeeping. Kone has a role to play in that, sure, but in terms of culpability, he's on the low end of that scale. And I've seen him win plenty of balls in midfield and do his bit in that regard, moreso than Rom and Deulofeu, probably not as much as Ross.

In attack, we've been awesome when he has started, and Rom seems to thrive when he's on the field. It's the unseen things. He should never be on the pitch for more than 60 or 70 minutes, but our goals tally is has been pretty impressive with him in the lineup, so why change it?

i think its a myth that Rom needs him to score goals.

Look at his goalscoring record, hes scored goals every year, hes scoring more this season cos hes older, cos hes better, cos hes learning, hes scoring goals DESPITE Kone, not because of him.

:hayee:

I just personally think we would have done much better with Mirallas in the side, lots not forget that Superkev has mostly been 1 of our most productive players in terms of goals scored.

RM will not go while BK is there - if new owners come in then it's if they will trust him with the funds - at the moment it's all guess work, as it stands no way will he leave!

I like Eddie Howe,

i would like Mark Hughes

Laudrup doing anything at the moment?

klinsmann

Pulis -no more messing around at set pieces.

One thing I will say, if Neil Lennon was our manager I'm pretty certain we'd finally win a derby

eddie howe.

how about Glen Hoddle?

Alan Pardew.....

Moyes - and I am deadly serious.

I would have Moyes back at Goodison in a heartbeat.
Christ on a bike.

Sanchez Flores hes done amazing job with Watford who has honestly worse roster then we have , but he made a team.Marinez make us really in to Wigan only we have better players, much better
