a very capable coach when working under a budget. Can get his teams playing nice stuff too.

not my 1st choice, but kudos OP. couldnt do any worse than our present incumbrent
 

Any manager that comes in will be severely judge due to us being spoilt by the defensive standard set by Moyes and the attacking brilliant achieve by Martinez. Not an easy job by any means.
 
I want him replaced by a more effective Martinez.

If he stops conceding (and a goal keeper who can catch the ball in his own 6 yard box would be a start) then we can be a pretty decent side. I reckon he has done well to assemble this squad. If he can figure out how best to use them them who knows.......

If Martinez went? .........I would be gutted some people would be happy then our first defeat would equal melt down and we would be looking towards our next manager probably. Can't think of one past manager that has escaped being slaughtered. Joe Royle was probably the most unscathed. That's football I suppose.
 
Not that I want Martinez out but if it did happen , I think the fella at Derby would be a decent shout, worked under Ancelotti and Mourinho at real Madrid and has taken Derby to the top of the Championship.
