Entertainment puts bums on seats and gets the commercial tills ticking...Martinezs' brand of football is why investors are now interested....there's a team who are great to watch, who remain relative underdogs in the grand scale of the EPL and who are well on their way to being able to challenge for honours. Having a guaranteed premier league berth in this coming season and those that immediately follow and with an net rationing team gives potential investors the confidence to plough money in. The ground situation remains so that isn't a factor that's encouraging any investor either. As much as you don't like it, Bobby is a big positive when the corporate guys are presenting Everton for sale

Please. So the takeover interest is due to Bobby Martinez' crazy brand of football, and has absolutely nothing to do with the huge TV deals, Kenwright's health status, and the massive increase in share value that can currently be realised by the major sharholders?

Brilliant? He inherited a very good team and took it a place or two higher. Nobody gave Watford half a chance. Look where they are now and more importantly the attitude they show.
 


Moyes - and I am deadly serious.

Give him this squad with a genuine world class striker (which he never had) and we would be top 4 comfortably, this season I'd go as far to say we could be top.

Moyes did a brilliant job i agree but he struggled to take us to silverware.
We need a manager to take us to the next step now and get the best out of this brilliant squad.
