If Silva is sacked - who could/should we get?

Why is there so much snobbery towards Howe and Dyche etc? They've achieved way more than Silva and Martinez and have a profile more similar to Moyes and Royle who were undeniably the last two managers to have well respected time here.

Howe took Bournemouth from bottom to top, and their ok to watch. Dyche took a similarly smaller club to the top, too. Didn't panic or splurge on the type of crap we have, and when he brought the same club back into the prem, he did so with many of the same players.

Don't tell me that doesn't build belief, show am ability to improve players, and create total respect from fans and players alike.

Not a whiff of that at Goodison, lately.

would honestly rather have that fat mess sam rather than dyche, he is worse than him,

eddie howe has done amazing at Bournemouth but he should stay there, he tried going elsewhere and failed miserably, he;'s just one of them people suited to a club

He’s not getting fired. We’re still in the conversation for 7th, we will hopefully end the season with more away wins than last season and a higher points total. The signings he’s made are now our best players. He’s messed up the cups and had a slump in the league but is that really grounds to fire him? Let’s have it straight, Koeman went because his signings were awful, he was leading us into a relegation battle and the players had seemingly stopped playing for him. Allardyce went because he was a sticking plaster who the fans loathed. Silva by contrast is Moshiri’s pick and could end the season having steered us back into Europe. No way Moshiri pulls the trigger given the current state, no way.

No pressure and allowed plenty of time in the job. Doesn't guarantee that they will succeed at Goodison just means they have had all the time in the world to build. Equivalent to Moyes tenure here...........plenty of time and no pressure.

You asked why...
Your attempt to discredit the points I raised seems a bit weak - at least give some decent reasons why not?
IMO - All good managers have to start somewhere, I think Frank Lampard is a good suggestion backed up by some valid observations and thought out reasoning.
Obviously all of this is only speculation, and just opinios as Silva remains, but what is the point in engaging with my post to tell me to get it out of my head
Cretin behaviour
Ok mate.

No to Dyche. We have enough bitterness associated with the club as it is.

Howe would be a great manager but our fans have absolutely no patience and would want him out when things hit a bump, like with Silva now.

There is one man who gets us and would get the respect of the fans. He's available and he'd have more money than he ever had when he was here, now that we're millionaires. Step forward - David Moyes.

Blew it with the start of that last paragraph, buddy. And isn't there a game on tonight?
