He’s a spectacular footballer when he’s in full flight. If he adds consistency he is going to be a hell of a player. Today was on the back of 3/4 quiet games I thought.

Comfortably our most talented player, if he can sharpen up his passing and crossing he is going to be some player.

I like that, though. Acknowledges the work and great game but also showing the managerial side that says there’s room to grow. That’s how you keep them aiming for the top.
