Hospital ..... an alleged fully trained Podiatrist who works part time at the Butchers as a 2nd job .....This was in a hospital, not in the civil war?
If EVERYBODY wants to get rid of them, great, but other than that, without Nuclear Weapons you are just walking around the world with a sign on your back saying "Spit on me before you nuke me Daddy".
I have had many cuts etc , but always used sharp knives & blades in my job as a propagator - I always remember if I ever cut myself with a sharp utensil the Foreman used to say dont worry if it's a sharp blade it's not a jagged cut - like your saw & her implement it's not the case ..... a jagged cut takes ages to heal up .....When you need it sawing off, message me
you would lose another finger tip trying to do it lolI'd do it for free because he's a pensioner. Any other pensioners need bits lobbing off gis a shout.
Even if everyone agrees to get rid of them, somebody eventually welches. If EVERYBODY wants to get rid of them, great, but other than that, without Nuclear Weapons you are just walking around the world with a sign on your back saying "Spit on me before you nuke me Daddy".
Isnt there a band called this?
I've had an ingrown toenail done mate, didn't they numb it first?TBH this is the incorrect implement she used, it's a jagged cut plus shes left a piece of side nail still ingrowing - I asked her at one point as blood spurted everywhere - could I have a stick to bite on - she replied it's only like going to the dentist for a filling - I shouted yes , but he uses a ruddy anaesthetic .....

No chance I would not do that as it comes out of NHS funds - I have had the procedure before carried out gently slowly just a slither taken out with a sharp knife blade, a little pain, but a perfect neat job ...... with very little blood in sight .... She was a butcher.... I have told them - never want to see her again ......lol
The second a I saw that picture one word entered my mind: COMPO!
It's just triage everywhere.
The system is broken. How the "NHS is super-dooper and the best thing about Britain' shouts still get made is laughable. It's second world stuff now. That's not aimed at the nurses and doctors etc, just the chronic underfunding.
FFS, just scrap those useless nuclear weapons and spend it on that.
