Out of the thousands of professional football players in England 25% are black, whilst there's much less than 1% who manage.

There's a clear cultural problem with seeing black players in positions of authority. You just cant draw any other conclusion from the stats.

first point- is it joe public who is at fault for not appointing any black players into positions of authority?- thought not- its the decision makers, men in grey suits etc who are the dividers of ordinary people.

2nd point- theres lies, damned lies and statistics. its gone down as fact in history now that the police were racists. closer to the truth would be if you were young and vulnerable or stood out in any way, the police would goad you into retaliation and hey presto - YOURE NICKED SUNSHINE. someone somewhere is trying to keep race issues a hot topic.

Still doesn't really answer the original point. I don't believe football is racist, I believe it is representative of the world it occupies. No more no less.
