Everton have agreed a £10.4m fee with Standard Liege for Algeria forward Ishak Belfodil and the player is expected to leave the Belgian club's warm weather camp in Spain and travel to Merseyside today for a medical.

I'd go with 12mil Euros but I reckon we're paying a relatively small amount up front, and the rest will be add ons.
