No we need better players, though we beat Newcastle, we’re a long way behind 8 teams and also behind West Ham and Brighton.

Harrison is, at best, someone for the bench behind a better player. We don't have £15m to spend on bench level players. Same reason I never understood the Chermiti signing. Footie just isn't for you I'm afraid.

I did understand the Chermiti singing, we still need to sign young players with potential. And he was bought with the simms and cannon money. Obviously Thelwell thinks he has a higher ceiling than then pair

Considering we're trying to be frugal just keep Cannon and don't sign Chermiti...

Didn’t play in our first 6 games. We got 4 points

Played in the next 9 games. We got 16 points.

Of those 9 games he played only one half in two of them. We lost both.

Some games Garner, McNeil, Harrison, Onana, Gana, young, Myko arent on it, we would need back ups for when that happens.

But anyway, I like Jack, sure we can do better, you can always do better, I just think for 15m he would be a steal.

But financially it probably didn’t make a lot of difference, but could do long term

We had a very injured DCL and an unknown Beto, I think the Chermo signing was prudent, it might not work out, but I suspect at some point this season he will be called on.

I think 15mil is his price, not a steal, but I'd pay it too, it's our level for the forceable future, no disrespect to the lad and he's a handy player.
