He was obviously sent on to stop goals which he did against England he would probably have done the same against Bournemouth

The player sat on the bench while O'Shea and Collins started the game. He wasnt deemed good enough to "stop goals" as a starter.

This Ireland team is full of Championship standard players mate, the rest are bottom half Prem quality at best.
