I've been impressed with the little I've seen of this now, definitely think he offers something progressive in our midfield that it's currently short of.
However, where would you start him and who would we drop to put him in the side. Gana, Onana and Iwobi are all doing everything we could ask of them at the moment, so it would be harsh in the extreme to drop them.

Agreed, doesn't look out of place and seems to at least give us something different when he comes on. Hopefully we can see what he can do from the start in the cup game soon.

If (and it’s a big if) he were to start, I’d be tempted to give Onana a rest for him. Looks like he’s mobile and gets stuck in, same as Onana - Onana’s not really doing enough on the ball for us at the moment (although has fleeting glimpses of the quality player he can become) so could see if Garner could add a bit more passing stability.

He needs a run in Gana's place, I think he can do well enough at the 'infront of the back 4' bit and will shade Gana going forward
Yeah, possibly in a home game where we can be on the front foot a bit more.
Gueye is hugely experienced though, so I'm a fan of keeping him in. Onana and Garner together may be a bit green. Still, don't know until you give it a go.
