Is it me but the more effective Gana is means Garner is less so? Where once we had Gana and Onana covering each other and therefore no one that has altered. A few times last night palace found a very easy ball through the middle of midfield that found feet in front of our defence. They made it look easy a few times, we struggled like mad.

It's very easy to understand both arguments here. I absolutely hate it when we boo the lads off the pitch but I also couldn't imagine cheering that first half, it was genuinely dreadful.

They should be fed up with the PL not a team that has us mid table and comfortable...same old with Blues, always looking for the new fume.

Have you been to Goodison recently?

Look at our home results over the last 3 years - nevermind this season.

95% are season ticket holders.

I said repeatedly over the years that the clubs decision to oversubscribe season ticket holders was short term and a bad decision for reasons including atmosphere.

West Ham fans snarling is one thing. But I don't sneer at any blue who had a moan at that yesterday.

Agree with both sides the position the ffp has put us in and with the past few seasons. That game last night was another big game and the fans got frustrated as well myself didnt feel we approached the game right. I am sure the away game will be great support at brighton.

If a player is saying it then it’s worthy of getting to the bottom of.

Garner here is saying essentially that Everton players need more support on the field right now. No matter they’re limitations what it should be etc this is what they are saying they need.

It could be the difference between boosting them over the line to stay up or a catastrophic relegation.

Can those booing out their ego and self entitlement aside to help with this? Their choice, we shall see.

Football isn't calm, collected and rational. If it was, none of us would be here, wasting our time on a forum about a group of multi millionaires kicking a ball around for billionaire owners in a billionaires league with the top teams owned by murderous regimes.

There's emotion involved, and with that you take the good and the bad.

The good is continually being stifled - VAR, points deduction, the cost of football, atrocious home form and football style for a prolonged period.

The bad is the frustration and what comes with that. If you can't understand where that frustration comes from and how it inevitably manifests, you lack understanding of the game.
