I'm not even that worried that McCarthy's head will get turned and he'll start agitating for a move.

Think he trusts Martinez will win more cups, whether with us or someone else, and knows Roberto will take him along wherever he goes. You can tell he just loves playing as well, bit like Barry and don't believe he'd ever move anywhere without regular game time.
