If Guaye was injured or suspended he's the obvious replacement and you need 2 good players in every position. I've lost hope of Besic ever staying fit or really fulfilling his promise.

We wouldn't spend money on a like for like replacement, we'd spend it on a superior replacement

......I'm not sure he's available. It's a bit like saying we're not aware of any enquirers for Besic or Barkley. I think if McCarthy was available he wouldn't have a problem finding a top flight club.

really shocked by most of these comments! give the kid another chance, looks like he will be playing off the bench in the pl, give him a few starts in the cup matches and try to get him back to what he was 2 years ago, im sure Ronald can teach him a thing or two, great little player, great work rate, would be sad to see him go!
