Thought he looked better then the other night. Got on the ball more. He's an option for us.Fresh anyway coz he didn't break a sweat
Yeah 'cos he's total poo in the opposition's half of the field.played really well against Georgia as he was the sole defensive midfielder, thought his tackling and interceptions were superb and he looked sharp. Was further forward against Moldova and seemed less effective unfortunately.
I still don't think he can even do that to the required level.Yeah 'cos he's total poo in the opposition's half of the field.
Ask him to sit ahead of the defence, alongside a creative or high-energy player, and he'll be fine.
Dear me, you have real problems with this boy

I'm just glad he's fit. It gives us options.
So basically a turd Jordan Henderson. At least Horrendouson has something going forward.I still don't think he can even do that to the required level.
I was watching the Georgia game and the commentators mentioned that O'Neill was going mad at him for rushing out of position to make a tackle and then not getting there. This is one of his biggest failings for me, and I've said it loads on here. His lack of attacking ability would be OK if he was a disciplined, intelligent, deep lying midfield sweeper. He isn't though, he's just a workhorse who wants to leg it all over the pitch making tackles.
Sometimes that's not a bad thing to have, but it's not the type of player that pushes you up the league in the long run.
