He'll probably do nothing, just keep his head down and hope it all blows over. There's no cojones in our side and hasn't been for years, blokes who will do anything to win. Too many players who bump fists and hug, like one big happy family. No "we best win today or you'll answer to me" figure in the team. There's no one to crack the whip on the pitch and in the dressing room, a manager can only do it so much.

The club and the players who play for it need to get mean and tough if we're going to taste real success again.
