How good does gomes look in training in general .. in this video especially .. looks fast turn of pace .. sends our players the shop , shoots

Yep, literally has the ball at his feet like it's glued. Come match day it looks like he's running in glue.

tbf I think that's the most competitive I've seen him In a training video as well.

Too be honest looks different type of training ive seen .. very high intensity

the worst one was delph looked like he couldn't be arsed in the warm up

Tough night. Team really struggled in possession, unable to get into Arsenal's half, and he spent far too much time playing deeper than Carlo must want...

He has been much less adventurous in the last few games


Keep him playing it forewards, especially diagonals to Digne, and we should get results

Arsenal worked on him tonight and caught him a few times but I have always said if a pass is on he will find it and if it is not on then nothing much he can do apart from simple pass or hold on to the ball longer than he should. Regardless he will always be looking for the sublime pass because he is capable. That is where the rest of the team need to help him out a bit more
