Like I’ve said Tim; it’s crap from Ancelotti as well.It's not about putting anything first. I just expect him to show a good level of commitment and want to be involved. I have no problem with him seeing Columbia as the pinnacle of his career, that's fine. But when it affects our club then we have a problem and a decision to make.
No issue with him being injured - honestly he was probably thrown in too quick the other day again, but it was a must-win so we reverted to type.
But this is where Ancelotti shouldn’t be doing this, I’m sorry. You put him on the bench. Just for the moral lift if anything for the fans. And you make sure he knows he can’t say he’s tired. I guess he’s not trained, and that’ll be the reason why, but you don’t need to have trained to manage 20 minutes
