What's the difference between Kean and James saying stuff that is supposedly disrespectful to us and has got people having a pop at them, yet, and even though it was in the past people have got no problem with Benitez disrespecting us?

Benitez was the manager of the club we hate the most and vice versa. I’m sure he was angry after the match and just said it in the heat of the moment.

Yes, but the 2 things are not mutually exclusive. He may not be wanted, but may want to leave anyway.

I never expected him to play for us again after Ancelotti left. None of this is a shock to me at all.

Both sides of this argument are kind of correct, because due to unavailability and a lack of quality around him, we will never see the best of James. There is no obvious solution to this issue, especially if we play a 442 where he is unlikely to fit in. I'm happy to keep him, but happy for him to go if he wants to. He's a nice player to keep but he's not make or break for me.

The social media posts aren't something I care too much about. I do find it unprofessional for him to talk about whether he will play the next game.

kind of how i feel. Went missing way too often but obviously has top top talent. Enjoyed watching him when he was on it. But never knew if he would make it one week to the next. More disappointed he didnt play more than losing him tbf. Think we will work better as a unit without him tbh

Out of every single player in the league last season he was 10th in terms of goals created per 90 minutes. He was 22nd in total goals created or scored in the season, out of 532 who played.
