CBA with hundreds of pages about how he didn't fit vs how we should have made him fit into a system.
"He'll work well in a 433 with an athletic right back" - we can't afford one paying James close to 10.5 mil a year.
"If we need money we should sell others before him" - nobody wants them.
I'd have loved to see him for an additional year (or longer), but his heart isn't in it. The new manager probably won't trust him to carry out detailed instructions, so what's the point?
