Just how f****** does a club have to be financially to try and farm out a player of James' quality when they're in a middle of an injury crisis and currently can't bring in ANY player for four months?

and how cuck do some sections of a fanbase have to be to applaud it?
I mean hes either here, constantly "injured", not making squads earning 200k a week.
Or
Hes somewhere else, constantly "injured", not making squads and somebody else paying him 200k a week.

If that makes me a cuck then step bro, im stuck.

Hes not going to be used by the manager. That's the long and short of it.

These arguments for keeping him are illogical. We have Benitez as manager. A replacement is not needed for a player a manager will not pick.

And I go back to the fact that I dont think hes wanted to be here since Ancelotti left.

We can make have this debate every week but it changes none of the facts. I dont like it but we are where we are. The lad needs to play and it won't happen here. Nor can we afford a player on very high wages who a manager does not rate.
He looked very happy in the training photos. So did Richy and Mina posing with him. He wants to play for Everton FC. Benitez does not let him.

I agree with that, of course he hasn't.

But if benitez is insistent on not using him even when our squad is so threadbare, than that is a manager damaging Everton's chances of winning football matches, mate.

We are supposed to have a system in place to avoid all of this. But it's broken from top to bottom

Hes on 140K, not 200K btw

If he stays and the manager doesn't play him then yes, there's no point.

I'd question why it's acceptable to fans for any manager to lessen our chances of winning games by not using him, though, if he stays.

I had no issue with him going in the August window in the end. I was ready for it and wanted a replacement in. My issue is with Everton just being run like complete amateurs, and handing power to any tin pot manager that rocks up for 18 months before leaving or getting sacked.

I didnt want Benitez and I'm still not happy about it. But that doesnt change the fact he is our manager. My opinion on who Everton appoint as manager is not important.

What has happened with James is extremely predictable and its why I was so adamant the player should be let go. The arguments for keeping him were heart over head because the reality is the player would like to go and more importantly, the manager who picks the 11 has no intention of picking him.

And in our present situation that says more about Benitez than James.

There's tons of players who don't want to be where they're at.

But yeah, if he goes he goes. It's just Everton being Everton.

Mate the fella doesnt want to play for us anymore, Daddy Carlo left and he knows he wont get away with his crap with Evil Uncle Rafael.

I personally don't think we'd be any better or worse off this season if he had played. I'm bored of this whole debate. He's just not make or break.

People are acting like he's the best player we've ever had and Its winding me up lol

There was less upset when Lukaku left ffs
