I said a couple of weeks back that this deal is tied up with a dropping of the FFP complaint from Burnley.

Probably the announcement is waiting on Burnley getting a suitable sweetener.

Dyche like moyes can coach an average defender into someone who looks top quality. Look at Keane.. or Lescott the moyes example.
