That toe on the ball just before half time which put off Potter was critical. Playing well in a first half away and falling behind again would've been a disaster for the mentality.
Great to see him score. He really should get on the end of more set pieces. Would be good for a CB to chip in with 4-5 a season and he's more likely than Branthwaite.

Just after he scored as well, had a right pop at Branthwaite for giving away the free kick then was telling DCL to switch on ( good job as it was DCL who blocks the chance they have straight after our goal )

Yeah mad because i probably went to most of them but him playing for us is a bit of a daze. He wasnt that popular and i seem to recall he won the fans over in the game at wembley against palace when i think he broke his nose against either bright or wright. He did get better after a poor start.
