It was purely a decision by Enrique. Deulofeu has come out on record to say that he was forced back and then farmed out to Sevilla without even being consulted.
 

Everton are set to swoop for Marseille striker Andre Ayew.

The Ghana international is a free agent at the end of the season.

That means Everton can sign him on a pre-contract agreement when the winter transfer window opens next month which would see him join in the summer. just read this, don,t know if already posted.

Surely if you are going to buy everyone then there's no reason to sell everyone.

I've also noticed another flaw in your plan. If you buy everyone you can't win a league because there will be no other teams to play against.

It also depends what players - some of them might be on there way out anyway. Personally I thought Coleman looked a far better player when Deulofeu played.

Lot of animosity between them at the start but I think they grew on each other.

I'm not sure Martinez will go for him, he came out and said exactly what we all thought when he went back " I think Gerard needs to realise that the game still goes on after you have been tackled". He is what we need at the minute with pace to stretch the opposition defence, but just adds to list of luxury players we have that all want to get forward and offer nothing the other way.
