Definitely need another winger. We are literally playing with 2 wingers as he doesn't trust atsu and pienaar is a waste of space fitness wise. Mirallas being out has probably made us use barkley/eto'o out wide more.

We massively need pace I would even take Bolasie atm atleast he will break through a defence and whip a ball in

Might be worth buying Bolasie just so we don't have to face him two games a season.

I fear nothing will happen in Jan.

Martinez was quiet in the last January transfer window, preferring to wait until the Summer, and I am also concerned that this January will be the same.

Our weakest area is definitely our wide players / wingers, as we've quite regularly had to use make shift options over the last eighteen months.

Pienaar can still contribute however isn't consistent due to injuries. Mirallas is pretty susceptible to injuries too.

McGeady is getting better every game, but his abilities are limited. Atsu well.... I think we all know what he offers.

Now I'm not saying he is a wonder play by any means, but I think we miss Deulofeu or someone of his style. Fast and agile to compliment Kevin.

Once Mirallas is injured our wide player is heavily constrained: we need someone who can supplement this threat.

Will any of these fears be addressed though? Doubt it. Go Leon! Go Ross! Go Naismith!

As I've said before, I think we need to make a decision on Atsu in January. We are either fully confident that he can make a major contribution in the second half of the season, or we should cut his loan short and bring in another quality wide player. Having Mirallas out is killing our balance, creativity and pace going forward at the minute.
