Can't see Nastasic happening unless City buy another centre half in January, they only have 4 of them with first team exp, Nastasic being one. I do agree though would be a good signing even if for 6 months but can't see it happening.

Boyata who is classed as a home grown player has been on the bench ahead of him this season and has played a couple of games this season, Nastasic hasn't been in a match day squad as far as I'm aware. City also have a couple of decent youth prospects at CB as well who are also home grown players, I can definately see him leaving in January.

Players in bold....

Begovic
Coleman Stones Jagielka Baines
McCarthy Barry
Mirallas Barkley Perisic
Lukaku
Then we have the likes of a Nastasic type player to take over from Distin/Jagielka and partner Stones long term maybe.

It's not obvious to me how he fits in Mourinho's team, it only makes sense that he'll leave to further his career

he's one of those odd ones like park at united and milner at city. good players but not consistant enough and thus are bit-part players, but always trusted at big moments in big games.

think a few CL teams would be interested and rightly so in shurrle, but i doubt mourinho would contemplate selling at all. tbh, i don't think he'd suit us, not entirely sure of his best position tbh.

Rumours that Chelsea are going to use him in a swap deal with Dortmund for Rheus. It is the Express though which is about as reliable as @Prevenger17 's Sportofact.

Are you questioning the integrity of Sportofact? The Schurrle rumour has been confirmed by all sorts of other reliable outlets like TheThirdHalf and Footballindex so maybe you need to re-evaluate that thinly veiled jibe.
