yep, but if we win europa and qualify for CL this season, whilst they finished in about 10th, a player who wants guaranteed CL football, if only for a year will prefer here.

they're not a big draw anymore, we've attracted higher calibre of names this summer than them. balotelli was the only one they could convince and that's only because he's as mad as a hatter.

We don't really have the money sloshing around until this year and you have to concentrate on keeping the squad strong. The main problem this year is team cohesion has just gone out of the window. Buying players at a lower level with the right attitude that will fit in with the current squad is important and has in the past made the difference.

I'm going by what we've spent previously. By using my brain. We operated in fine margins, hardly a secret, up until this year.

Spurs' revenue was 140m ours was 120m and Liverpool isn't London which means the costs of running Everton should be lower. They might be making a bit more but hardly on a different level.

Whilst i appreciate he may be better than those four i cant see Rodgers getting rid of any of them ?!

as if liverpool have a strategy when it comes to signing players haha. he's more of a winger i believe, well he's better there. markovic is an utter flop, they could go with two wingers to change their style again, who knows with them. they do seem to just buy players for the sake of it and then try and think up a formation though.

if it's between them and inter, they've got no chance, regardless of how poor inter are now compared to half a decade back.
