So, after today....has our priorities changed. ..

If Eto goes...

Martinez was asked about Eto'o in his post match interview. Said something along the lines of "I could sit here for 3 hours discussing transfer rumours about our players but no, that is another one that has no truth in it". That story seemed too random to be false tbh, but I guess not.

Am I the only one not sold on Marshall, was amazing last season, especially in the last couple of months of the season. But before last season he was just a "Championship keeper". By reports he's been pretty average this season for Cardiff.

Sometimes keepers can hit a rich vein of form and just play out of their skin for a patch (Howard in the World Cup).

Whilst at his best last season he was unreal I just don't feel he's shown his best or sustained his best level for long enough to warrant been good enough. I think he'd be quite a risk.

Nah. Not that random. Italian club presidents are always spouting off rubbish like this.

One James McCarthy was pretty mediocre in the championship for a brief while.

McCarthy played 5 Championship games, people just said he wasn't doing much at that level because they didn't want him.

McCarthy had four Premier League seasons under his belt when we'd signed him.

Look at Liverpool, signed Mingolet on the back of just one good season and look how he's been.

I'm not against Marshall, I just think he's a much bigger risk than people are thinking.
