Opinions differ on McGeady it seems.

The previous poster mentioned selling him for 3mil which I thinks is a fair amount. When you compare that amount to what Mirallas for example (Extremely effective but inconsistent and injury prone) is valued at then there is a clear difference.

Theres a reason for that of course.

McGeady's no where near as bad as he's made out to be. We haven't won many this year but there's a common denominator to many of big wins and that's McGeady seems to play. His work rate for the team is excellent and is a big part of why I think we get great results and look solid when under pressure, like we were yesterday and the 2 games v Wolfsberg.

This Ukrainian's still got a lot top prove over here, it will be a really expensive deal to get him here but obviously the posters on GOT know everything about him, much more than Evertons people who will have watched him loads of times and will know all the logistics of the deal.

We more or less have a starting 11 that isn't going to change much who ever we sign,apart from maybe one slot the wing.anybody decent coming in would demand regular first team football and won't be happy if they don't get it,just what I think Etos problem was.We could do with a couple of fringe type players to cover for injuries also Atsu will be back,in an ideal world if we were say 10 points better off,I'd rather see the likes of Browning,Ledson and mcaleny given a good run if we have injuries.But I don't want to see them having to play under pressure,they need to develop by playing in games when we are totally safe.
 

Would rather keep Kev, than sell to fund ins

He's proven which a replacement wouldn't be. If he wants to leave he can go in the summer when we will likely have a bit of a re-build anyway.

The whole idea is that he keeps on griping on that 'value isnt there', yet here it is in front of everyone to see. Its rather disconcerting.
