It's a good move on balance but it shows that you haven't a bean when you have to send 2 out on loan, ditch Eto'o and add Kennedy's Fee to get Lennon on loan.

I think it was more to do with availability and who wanted to leave and what was best for all parties than an issue with money.

Strange transfer window when all is said and done. I think we did ok. I think Lennon brings more options off the bench and who knows from there. The summer (and getting there) is going to be key. (We absolutely must cut bait with the dead wood: Distin, Hibbert, Alcaraz, Gibson? McGeady--please, please) Bobby then has an opportunity to field a team that genuinely has his mark. And he then stands and falls by that. Personally, I'd love Lennon to work out and reinvent himself with us. He's just what we need.

Sorry to see Lennon leave personally. What you will get is a high work rate and a guy that doesn't shirk his defensive duties.
The main criticism usually levelled at him is his lack of final ball.
