Agreed. I'd rather flog Gibbo to a struggling team e.g. QPR who would give us say £6m for him, and get in Delph for free. Delph is a super player, he would improve us hugely. Him, Milner and Reid all on frees would be my targets. Very rarely do we snap up more than one freebie at a time though.

Milner will sign a new deal at City or move to Arsenal next year. Would love him in our team but we wouldn't be able to afford his wages either I reckon. Delph is a good player but it's doubtful Villa would sell. Reid is class but I think if he moves in Jan it will be to Arsenal

Karius has impressed since moving to Mainz, he's touted as one of the best young keepers in the Bundesliga, another sweeper keeper type like Nauer, he's only 21 and is a Bosman this summer, not suprised we are linked with him.

Another site has us linked with Palermo's 24 year old Argentinan CB Eziquiel Munoz who is also out of contract in the summer.

Goal keepers rarely change hands mid season, especially first choice keepers. We'd have to pay massive overs a keeper in Jan, no one is going to let their first choice keeper go in the middle of the season unless it's for a crazy fee.

I think we should go in for Begovic at the end of the season, he'll have only 12 months left on his contract then.

Oh yeh I agree. Just can see Villa keeping him to give them a better chance of staying up then selling him in Jan. Bolasie is a terrific player as well, won't leave Palace in January though.
