No player from Germany outside Bayern is going to cost that, they don't overprice their players like the prem does, unless Steve Walsh is in charge of negotiations, the fraud

Wouldn't be so sure of that mate, they rejected a bid from Liverpool for Naby Keita that was between £60-70m because they were desperate to hang on to him for another season. They've actually taken the financial hit as a contractual option for next season means Liverpool have signed him for about £48m. Werner is just as important to RBL and will probably cost north of £60m unless he has a similar release clause to Keita. Real Madrid apparently interested as well.

Anyone been watching, actually watching Charlie Austin over the last few games. Ive seen he has scored a handful. What I saw the other day against arsenal was pretty good. I dont know much about him. Any insight?

Always gets a goal but had a few injury problems, one of those players who comes alive in the box we were linked with him a few times throughout the years .
Rumors he was a bit of a div off the pitch at one time not sure if that's still the case.

Don't get me wrong I'd love him here and I think he's just what we need. But would he want to come?. Would he see us as a step up?

Also he isn't very consistent. You'll be lucky to get 2 decent games in 3 out of him, and I don't think that's enough for our hard to please fans. It wasn't with Barkley anyway.
I agree to some extent, we should have got him in the summer, however he is a consistent performer in the league.
