No matter how good the current run of form is, that shouldnt fool us into thinking we dont need players. We still need someone of Girouds quality up top, a top LB to replace Baines, and we still need a top CB. Holgate is coming alone nicely. Keane will hopefully be a good one for years to come, but both Jagielka and Williams are quite old, and as much as Williams has improved recently, another CB could do the same job better. Last game was an example, he played well for most of it, but got badly beaten for the only goal.
Giroud was a target for RK and he is gone. We need to consider a complete new set of targets. I think Benteke is more likely than Giroud.
