Reckon we'll be in for shaw.

the centre half may come from Europe possibly an under the radar job. There always seems to be plenty of african/French centre halfs in ligue 1 that would fit the profile. Tall, muscular, pacey, decent on the ball. Also good value.

Striker Id fancy a punt at the lad at villareal Bakambu, pacey big unit similar to Rom.

Deeney is vastly better than all 3.

DCL has the potential to be better, but hes not currently.
Has TD actually scored a goal in the prem since Watford got promoted, other than the pens???

Wouldn't add value, therefore a poor signing. Rather back in the 3 strikers we have for 5 months then back Deeney in for 5 years

I certainly dont wanna sign the utter dog, but IMO hes a better "option" than Sandro, DCL or Niasse, IMO.

I'd rather develop young Dominic tbh.

Or sign an actual goalscorer rather than a fat gang member who hits the odd decent penalty.
A young DCL offers more than Deeney already. 10 goals + assists in all comps, brilliant work rate and good aerial combatist in opposition box. Deeney would offer a good work rate, thats about it..

Deeney knows how to properly lead a line, DCL is learning still, if DCL bulks out and Duncan teaches him how to bully people, he will be a vastly better player than Deeney, but we REALLY need a number 9.
