It didnt work.

As I say, if people want news there are news sites, this is a forum, a discussion board, I personally see no issue with people discussing wishes in here.

I mean theres already a separate thread for news thats pinned.

I think it couldve worked. Maybe this thread could just be an ongoing nonstop transfer discussion thread for those that wanna chat transfers all year round and it's just named Transfer Discussion Thread.....and then a new thread is opened for each window called Credible Transfer Rumours Jan 2019 for example.

It's not that big a deal but wading through 10 pages of 2 or 3 posters discussing wishlists between them isn't much fun for many either....I'd imagine.

We ain't signing anybody anyways so maybe I'll just try to go cold turkey until the window closes and then come in here.

..not gonna happen...

I dunno, im just talking from my POV, I of course spend more time on here than most:hayee::hayee: and im always looking on twitter for news, so I suppose I use this thread for chatting wham and telling others they are chatting wham.

I suppose a lot of people just come in for news.

Thats 10 centre midfielders we own for 2 starting spots and 2 rotation positions.

I think were actively negatively impacted by Sigurdssons position. I think Silva has always played with a deep player who can pass and 2 box to box players. By playing Sigurdsson were really rather top heavy and as such we will need to either not play with a deep player or lose a central player to enable us to have someone deep.

I think based on this and Gomes possibly signing i think we will be looking for a box to box athletic type of player who can also play as a defensive midfielder.

This player in our league is Doucoure who PSG seem to have pinpointed too.

If we could add to the pot and coax Ndombele over then that would be the player to go for.

If we keep with Sigurdsson then we really need a powerful player.
