Does anyone else find it a bit weird that the majority of players we are linked with are attacking midfielders? We're pretty well stocked for that type of player but most days there's a new winger, playmaker, trequarista (for the hipsters!) etc.. linked.

It's a option for the acm in football manager. It means you're a lazy sod and only concentrate on attacking. It's a floating number 10 basically.

Everton win trophies on football manager though. It takes me several months and I have to turn it off and reload it every time we lose but it’s still an achievement. What a life!

pssh, you're not a real football fan unless you know how the trequartista, segundo volante, carrilero, mezzala, enganche, raumdeuter and regista fit into the modern game

(we can blame the italians for most of these i think, as well as football manager for re-popularizing them)
