Everton are set to pounce for Manchester City starlet Tosin Adarabioyo after his talks over a new deal stalled claim the Daily Mail.

At a club where a galaxy of stars have been enticed from around the world thanks to the incredible wealth of owner Sheikh Mansour's incredible wealth, the 19-year-old centre-back is regarded as one of the brightest home-grown talents.

The native Mancunian joined City's youth ranks at the age of just five and made his debut for the Under-18s aged 14.

A towering defender, standing at 6ft 5in, Adarabioyo has yet to play at Premier League match but after making his senior debut in an FA Cup tie against Chelsea in February 2016, he has gone on to play four first team games – two in the Champions League and one in the EFL Cup.

However, with just six months remaining on his current deal, talks over a fresh contract have hit an impasse and fresh from stunning City with a 4-0 win at Goodison on Sunday, the Blues are leading the chase to snap him up.

Premier League rivals Tottenham Hotspur and Leicester City plus Scottish champions Celtic are also keen on signing the youngster but Everton's interest is believed to be more advanced.

If City are unable to convince Adarabioyo to pen a new deal then they will be powerless to keep him at the Etihad this summer although because of his age they will be entitled to a compensation fee.

That could be quite the signing.
Very highly rated.

These mega rich clubs cant afford to let players learn their trade and get experience as its so easy to buy ready made ones, plus the expectations to win things is huge so managers wont risk kids.

If the story is true, hopefully he sees us as a path to first team football with Davies, Holgate, Calvert Lewin and Lookman all getting playing time - plus he doesnt need to uproot.

QPR COOL KONE INTEREST

QPR’s pursuit of Arouna Kone looks over because Everton want the Sky Bet Championship club to offer a sizeable contribution to the forward’s £40,000-a-week wages, Get West London reports.

He has made just he has made just six appearances with his last minutes in the Premier League coming in September under Ronald Koeman, although a move to London does not appear to be on the cards.
