Put Tim Howard behind that defence and we would have conceded about 7 just from him flapping at crosses. Defence is looking a lot more solid but Joel commanding his penalty area unlike Howard and Stek made a huge difference yesterday on relieving the pressure from set plays, crosses and long balls.
