I totally agree and would rather our January spending finished if we just got second choice targets from now on in.
Let's blood a few more youngsters between now and May with a strong recruitment plan in the summer.

Let's be honest, 7th is our spot this season.

I think we can honestly jump United if we keep improving and they keep under performing... We are currently unbeaten in League play in 2017 so lets try and keep that streak going

In truth he is doing well now he is having a decent run, but Phelan didn't rate him and only got to play him due to injuries.

Yep, unless Pickford was available now, Joel should be given a good run. It's not just him, the defense gets settled when they have an understanding with the keeper and they are all working as a unit.

Out on loan yes, as we rarely get any money for outgoing players with the exception of Stones and Naismith.

I'm sure to be shot down on this, but Joel is an under rated keeper who has a great save percentage and clean sheet record.

He used to make me panic when I saw his name on the teamsheet until last year when he stepped in for Howard and gave me back a little confidence in the defence.

I'm still not sold entirely on him being number 1 but he's come a long way from his first two seasons here when I just wanted rid.
