No way we would pay £20 million for Rooney. Loan till the end of season suits both parties. Then let united decide at the end of season what they want to do.

It's absolutely great we've punted all those pathetic no marks. But if we want to compete next season and perhaps in europe, then we need a lot of work over the summer. We need quality and fringe players who aren't totally useless. Basically were short in depth and quality but hopefully we never sign the likes of those losers again
