Not a fan?
Hope it didn't come across accusatory as I really did just want to know what people wanted.I'd prefer the stadium.
I'm relatively happy. What's been annoying is all the posters who believed we had tons of money to spend, telling other posters to stop being negative and being pulled in hook, line and sinker by some itk's.
It doesn't really matter wether any of us believe we have money or not. It's accepting other peoples decision to agree or disagree with their point of view that should matter.
Anyway, I hope I'm proved wrong and we are loaded.
@Mikey_Fitzgerald could tell you his life story family history.Had a feeling it was going to be him.
Seems like he missed the boat at Everton at the age of 24. Anyone know anything about him? Apart from that he has a juice shop.

God no, he's garbage.
John Lundstram is their captain. How many ex Everton players do you have now? Or is it just Ledson?
I agree with you but did you mostly post this to show off about your boss holiday?Couple of observations arising from browsing this thread:
1) Not spending a specified sum doesn't mean that said specified sum isn't available to spend. For instance, today I did not spend £400 booking a hotel in Miami for my holiday in March. I am however seeking a hotel for a couple days in Miami in March, and will do so if/when I can find one that meets my criteria. My having NOT booked it yet does not mean that I do not have money to fund such a booking.
2) There is a difference between HAVING to sell an asset to raise sufficient funds to buy a new asset, and selling assets that you no longer wish to own due to the fact that you have bought new assets in which render the existing asset less useful (or indeed superfluous) to you. It can be exceedingly difficult to accurately assess which of these two eventualities applies to a given situation if you don't have full knowledge of the cashflow and balance sheet.
A final point, and I am bemused that people need reminding of this: 99.9% of rich people don't get rich by being rubbish with money.... 100% of rich people who stay rich do so due to being good with money. 100% of rich people who become poor do so by being bad with money. The suggestion that we no longer need to sell unwanted players for cash, because we have a rich investor, is patent stupidity.
A younger Naismith, but more jarg
Wtf happened to ledson?
Your first paragraph is a very fair and valid observation. Perhaps the clearing of dead wood is a precursor to making the type of signings that would fit the "quality" criteria? To some players, the removal of poor quality players might be viewed as an indication of intent. It's not selling players that worries me, it's not having enough quality signings to keep our star striker after this season that's a more pressing concern.
I don't think we're doing enough to suggest to him we're going places in the near future. His sale will fund our spending in the summer imo.
I don't understand why we keep loaning the lad out? Surely he would want to find a perm club in League 1 or the Championship so he can actually make something for himself.
