Again, problem with Del is the mental aspect of his game - as soon as one thing goes against him all bets are off or he'll try and massively overcompensate.

Our best signing in January would be a world class sports psychologist.

Why would a loan be pointless? He's only young and it appears that we no longer have to sell players to bring new ones in. We could send him on loan whilst playing Mirallas / Lennon / Depay / Whoever and see how he gets on. If he finds that talent we know he has then brilliant we'll have him back, if he flops then we'll sell him.

Haha yeah I imagine it doesn't really fill anyone with a great deal of excitement, but they're often the ones that turn out to be great value, see players like Barry, Gueye etc. Solid enough signing.

Only thing that ever springs to mind of him is scoring a screamer at Goodison a few years back,well he won't be doing that again hopefullylol
