Just read an article with mourinho saying they havent received any acceptable bids for any players yet. Refering to wba 13mil bid for schnederlin. This would suggest we havent put in a bid for either schnederlin or depay as yet. I hope im wrong as for me we should have wrapped up negotiations for these 2 weeks ago and it should just be a matter of yransfering the registration on the first day of the window. Of we havent bid it would suggest we havent made our minds up who to go for in which case i have concerns we could see a repeat of the summer.

Alternatively it could be the fact that 99.9% of January transfers arent actually completed in December

What has actually happened to Kone,last i heard about him was he had knee injury or something and was back not long later training,that was about 2 months ago,is he just pure and simply not getting in the squad

I remember Koeman a few months back saying he was breaking down in training every time he tried to put 3 days training together, something to do with his knee. I'd imagine he's basically crocked

and negotiation would entail discussing the acceptable fee between both parties, Mourinho just said no fee acceptable has been agreed on any player yet - NOT that they aren't in ongoing discussions mate.

Woodward is the one who signs off on any deal anyways, Mourinho will just be informed on the final fee once it's done and dusted you'd imagine - for any player he has green lit being OK with leaving the club.

Yeah but United arent really in a hurry, so its no wonder they appear to be dragging their feet a little.

Still think him and deeps will be done quite early in the window, the first week, rather than the first day.

I dont disagree but i would have thought after the summer the club would want to make a statment by getting these in within a day or two of the window opening and then using them as statments to attrack other top players.
