Thats what the man implies yes.
Just seems weird considering Koeman doesn't rate him enough to play him.

Hoping that lightning doesn't strike twiceAnything more than Lookman is a bonus for me. Remember this summer?
That's irrelevant. Milan can't do any business with us over buying Deulofeu or having any option to buy at this present time without negotiating with Barcelona. Di Marzio hasn't once mentioned Barcelona in any of these negotiations proving he's pretty clueless.
Barcelona will want to know the figures involved in any "deal" between us and Milan, before waiving their 12 million option.

Of course it's an issue! Barcelona have contractually got an option to repurchase Deulofeu for two years, last summer for 9 million and this coming summer for 12.Why though?
Barca have no say in anything, hes our player, if they dont wish to exercise their buyback option, its not an issue.
Leno for £15m, how has he not been snapped up?

Whether they intent to buy him back is totally irrelevant. We simply can't do any deal with Milan that includes any kind of buy fee whilst leaving Barcelona out of the negotiations.
Barcelona will have to waive their buy back option on the player, for us to negotiate any kind of fee with Milan. They're not going to do that without see what kind of figures are involved.

Perhaps they already have.
I'm sure I read something at the time that Barca couldn't just buy him back to sell him on. Had to stay at Barca for at least another season or something like that.Of course it's an issue! Possibly, we don't know. But Di Marzio has not once mentioned Barcelona in any of these "negotiations". If they have waived their 12 million option, then obviously any potential buy fee with Milan will be less than 12 million. Not a chance Barcelona will agree to let us rip up that part of the contract, only for us to sell the player to Milan for substantially more.Perhaps they already have.
