Like who? There are only two that might be available in the near future and those are Sanchez and James Rodriguez. I highly doubt they'd be willing to come here.

We don't have City money, and even if Usmanov comes on board, they didn't have to deal with FFP etc back then. It'll be a more complex and longer process with us than City, we can't use them as a benchmark.
