Greg OK in the echo claiming on his video blog that Koeman's presser was clearly an attack on Steve Walsh especially.

Now that's interesting.

Maybe SW is out of his depth in the role.

I've listened to the post-match interview with Koeman and then O'Keeffe's interview and unless there's been another release I'm a bit perplexed.

You, me and everyone on here as no idea what is going on the background. That's is the only concrete bit of evidence we have on transfers. Everyone, including the board are aware we need strengthening.

It's ok stating "it should have been done" but how do we know it wasn't and then a third party put it back

I mean, unless I've missed another release from Koeman, I'm unsure how he's came to the conclusion that Koeman was having a dig at Walsh.

We literally need 4/5 new starters for the team.

Schneiderlin
Depay
VVD/Manolas/Koulibaly
Some top class winger like Candreva/Lucas Moura/Mahrez
Another good striker (Berahino would do)

We need to be able to get two up top sometimes, and having one striker isn't enough.

Valencia/Kone aren't good enough at all, barely Premiership standard if that.

There's been way too much messing around since the start of the summer in our strategy towards players, we need to get them signed and sealed, and need to improve our squad all over.

Jags, Cleverley, McCarthy, Lennon, Mirallas, Kone, Valencia, Niasse, Oviedo are all not good enough. That's over £400k a week in wages being completely wasted and 5 of the 9 barely even feature.

Replace them with 5 players on £80k a week and our squad transforms without any additions to the wage bill.

I think the whole squad needs a complete shake up.

Koeman is obviously sick of having such a poor set of players.

When asked about transfers RK specifically says ''that's the job of Steve Walsh''

It's pretty obvious IMO.

Great to finally have a manager who calls out the board's BS
